Both sides keep their own file of the same events. Termsroom holds one that belongs to both, with a sealed room for each party beside it.

Two sealed rooms, the sub-rooms inside them, and one record neither side can alter alone. Every element here runs today.

Each party works in a room nobody else can see into, including us, and can open a sub-room for counsel or an adviser brought in on one matter who sees that matter and nothing else. Anything moved to the shared record is recorded as it moves, with the date on it, and neither side can change it afterwards. Documents stay in the storage your own organisation already owns: the record holds where a document is and what its fingerprint is, never the document.
