They are the terms we contract on, and they are published in full so a procurement or privacy team can read our position before we ask for their time. If we change one, we will post the new version here with a new date and tell customers directly where the change is significant.

Termsroom is operated by MarkR Management Inc., Suite 315, 1627 Fort Street, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Subscriptions are sold through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and handles payment, invoicing and sales tax.
