A risk crosses the table
This is the product in one action. It was sealed to one caucus. Now it is at the table, on the audit trail both sides read, and it cannot be sealed again.
This is the one to watch on both screens. The Association raised a risk in its own caucus. The University cannot see it, and cannot see that it exists. One action moves it to the table.
It is on both screens now, it is on the audit trail both sides read, and it cannot be sealed again. Narrowing it later would not unsee it.
Risk register
4 risksA risk raised in a caucus is sealed to it. Disclosing one moves it to the table, and it cannot be sealed again.
1 risk is scored against wording that has since changed. Scoring again is what clears the flag.

Article 15 as drafted makes discontinuance a Board decision outside the grievance procedure, and 16.4 then adds discontinuance as a ground for layoff. Together with recall halved to twelve months and "shall offer" reduced to "may offer", a member laid off through a programme closure has no enforceable route back.

The two screens stack one after the other on a narrow display. On a projector they sit side by side, which is the way to show this.
Package: Recall for timing
design under testNothing at a bargaining table moves item by item. This screen is a design we are testing, not a feature in the product.
We will accept the general increase at 2.0 per cent in year one, and accept it takes effect on 1 July rather than 1 April, only if recall in 16.3 returns to 24 months with a mandatory offer and sessional conversion returns to 6 terms.
Proposed by Fraserbank Faculty Association on 2026-07-02
General increase at 2.0 per cent in year one, effective 1 July
conceded by the Association
Recall at 24 months, and the University shall offer, not may offer
conceded by the University
Sessional conversion at 6 terms within four years
conceded by the University
If one element is withdrawn
The general increase concession is the Association’s only monetary movement in this round. If either of the two conditions is withdrawn, it goes with them, and the item returns to its opening position of 3.5 per cent effective 1 April.
This is a demonstration running on invented data, with no database and no sign-in behind it. Fraserbank University and the Fraserbank Faculty Association do not exist, and the agreement text is written to exercise the comparison rather than copied from anybody. What is real is the code: the clause engine, the labels and the rules about who can see what are the ones the product uses.
