Both caucuses exist

Three rooms. Switch seats and you will see each side has its own caucus and the shared table, and never the other caucus. That separation is a row level security policy in Postgres, not a screen. It cannot be forgotten on a new page.

  • Mandate from the Board is 2.0 in year one and 2.5 in each of the following two. Anything above that goes back to them, and the next meeting is 9 September.

  • Worth being clear with ourselves that the programme review language is the thing we actually need. The wage number we can argue about.

  • Membership survey came back: recall rights and sessional conversion rank above the wage number. That is unusual and we should use it.

  • Welcome. Proposing we work the non-monetary items first and hold everything with a dollar sign to the third band.

    Alethea Brandt · 2026-05-13 10:02

  • Agreed on the shape. We will want workload in the second band rather than the third, since it drives the sessional conversation.

The two screens stack one after the other on a narrow display. On a projector they sit side by side, which is the way to show this.

This is a demonstration running on invented data, with no database and no sign-in behind it. Fraserbank University and the Fraserbank Faculty Association do not exist, and the agreement text is written to exercise the comparison rather than copied from anybody. What is real is the code: the clause engine, the labels and the rules about who can see what are the ones the product uses.
