What changed
A whole article was inserted, which renumbered everything below it. That is the case that makes comparing two Word files unusable on a long agreement. Here it is handled, and each change is one sentence.
Both sides see the identical screen here. The comparison is of two versions tabled at the shared table, so there is nothing for one side to see that the other does not. The text is compared in memory and never stored.

This is a demonstration running on invented data, with no database and no sign-in behind it. Fraserbank University and the Fraserbank Faculty Association do not exist, and the agreement text is written to exercise the comparison rather than copied from anybody. What is real is the code: the clause engine, the labels and the rules about who can see what are the ones the product uses.
