This is a demonstration running on invented data, with no database and no sign-in behind it. Fraserbank University and the Fraserbank Faculty Association do not exist, and the agreement text is written to exercise the comparison rather than copied from anybody. What is real is the code: the clause engine, the labels and the rules about who can see what are the ones the product uses.
